I can&#8217;t quite make out whether or not the leek and goat&#8217;s cheese tart is burnt or not. All of it&#8217;s homemade though, so on that basis I reckon it&#8217;s OK for tomorrow night&#8217;s big-meal-centre-piece to be rough around the edges.
